low percents: grounded up-b/dash attack are pretty safe, and his dash attack is his combo starter, cargo down throw to f-air offstage is a great early cheese, and the good ol cargo up-throw to u-air

At lower percentages u can combo ur dash attack onto a new dash attack and try to follow with a short hop N-air or F-air
