Ganon's Side-B can take you out of your Side-B, watch out for that, and be unpredictable with it.

Always pick a platform stage and outplay Ganondorf with grenades and blue eggs as possible. Neutral airs and u-airs are great combat controllers, specially when Ganondorf is above the platforms.

You can space Ganondorf with b-airs and get away with him with f-airs. Your up-B can gimp Ganondorf poor recoveries if you react fast as possible, and mix up edgeguards with neutral airs too.

Practice a lot of land baitings with your jumps and surprise up-Bs in stage, when he tries to punish agressively your aproaches. Don't forget to punish the whiffs with f-airs and aerial Wonderwings.

And remember: grenades are your best tools to camp him.
