Ness vs Bowser

Do not attempt pk fire at low percents. Bowser will be unaffected by the stunning effect of the flames. Instead, use your mobility to your advantage and whiff punish as hard as you can.

Ness can easily kill bowser at zero percent, all you have to go to a corner facing the blast zone and d-grab into short hop f-air and double jump forward air. If you want to you can spike him.
